Board of Management
Our Board of Management makes sure
IS Group's strategy, policies and resources are used to meet our
business objectives and targets. While striving to achieve these
goals, we always put the interests of our stakeholders first. The
members of the Board of Management share powers and responsibility
for managing the company efficiently and effectively. Dutch law
calls for a two-tier corporate structure. This means the Board of
Management is accountable for its performance to a separate and
independent Supervisory Board. The Board of Management is also
answerable to the shareholders of the company at the Annual General
Meeting.

Jan Willem des
Tombe (1968)
Mr des Tombe comes from a commercial background. Before joining
the company in 2005, he was founder and Chief Executive Officer of
SaaS company Tripolis Solutions. Before that he started-up multiple
e-Business companies. Mr des Tombe started his career at
ReckittBenckiser where he held various international management
positions. Within the Board of Management Mr des Tombe's
responsibilities are the company's activities in the field of
Sales, Marketing, Finance and Legal. Mr des Tombe furthermore leads
IS Group's Merger and Acquisition activities.

Arjan Steevels
(1973)
Mr Steevels founded IS Interned Services in 1996 and built out the
company to the largest independent hosting company in The
Netherlands. In 2010 Mr Steevels merged the company with PINS Group
forming today's IS Group. Mr Steevels comes from a technical and
operations background. Within the Board of Management Mr Steevels's
responsibilities are the companies Technical Development, Customer
Operations, Datacenter and Networking Infrastructure. Furthermore
Mr Steevels heads the company's Human Resources and Quality &
Service departments.
