Supervisory Board
Separate and independent from the Board of Management, the
Supervisory Board supervises and advises the Board in performing
its management tasks.
Major management decisions and IS
Group strategy are discussed with, and approved by, the Supervisory
Board. Acting in the interests of IS Group and its stakeholders,
the Supervisory Board is also responsible for monitoring the Board
of Management and setting the direction of the company's business.
This includes:
- Achieving our operational and financial objectives
- Our corporate strategy and risks inherent in our business
activities
- How internal risk management and control systems are structured
and operated
- The main financial parameters and the financial reporting
process
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Guus
Lubsen (1944), Chairman of the
Supervisory Board.
Mr Lubsen served on the Executive Board at Heineken NV where he
was responsible for Finance, ICT and Production policy
and quality control. Before this Mr Lubsen was President and CEO
at Quaker Chemical Corporation (USA) and held various senior
management positions at Avery Dennison Corporation and Dresser
Industries.

Theo Cordesius (1953), Member of the
Supervisory Board.
Mr Cordesius served as Chief Operating Officer at LBi NV and
held various Senior Management positions at Compaq (Hewlett
Packard) and Phillips.

Gerrit Oosterhof (1952), Member of the
Supervisory Board
Mr Oosterhof served as Chief Executive officer at Total Specific
Solutions (TSS) and as Chief Operating Officer and member of the
Executive Board at Getronics PinkRoccade.

Under Dutch law, the Supervisory
Board must be independent of the Board of Management. This means
Supervisory Board members can neither be Board of Management
members nor employees of the company.
